東京湾で「クジラがいる」という通報がありました。 映像は18日の午後3時前、千葉県浦安市の海上で、クジラのものとみられる背中を捉えたものです。撮影した人によりますと、何かが水面をたたくような大きな音がしたので、ビルの上からのぞいてみたらクジラのような大きな生き物が泳いでいたということです。また、海上保安庁には同じ18日の朝に映像の場所と近い東京・江戸川区の葛西臨海公園の沖を航行中の漁船から、「長さ15メートルくらいのクジラがい
