入社2年目の社員（男性）が上司にある業務の改善を提案したところ、無視されたことで上司への不信感が急速に高まっていく。彼は次第に体調を崩しがちになり、産業医へ出向くと、うつ病と診断され、休職することに…。休職中、旅行で気分転換をするものの、職場復帰しても上手くいかず、その後も休職を繰り返した話を紹介したい。
