学生の就活が活発化するなか、売り手市場を背景に新卒初任給を見直す会社が増えている。それ自体はよいことだが、見直しが画一的に進むのはいいことばかりなのか。たとえば、一流大卒と三流大卒の初任給は一緒のままでいいのだろうか。
