JRの普通列車は普通車だけ連結されていることがほとんどですが、関東では自由席のグリーン車を連結した普通列車が多数運転されています。あらかじめグリーン券を購入して乗ってみたら満席だった場合、グリーン料金は返金されるのでしょうか。
