大阪市など全国３２自治体が、国に育児休業の制度改正を求めている。育休を延長する際には保育所の「落選」通知が必要なため、利用するつもりのない人が申し込む例の増加が目立ち、保育所利用のニーズ把握に障害が出ているためだ。内閣府は２日、地方分権改革の重点事項として対応を検討するよう厚生労働省に要請した。
