鹿児島市で２０１３年、会社員男性が鹿児島県警の警察官に取り押さえられた際、死亡する事件があった。業務上過失致死罪で２人の警察官が有罪判決を受けたが、事件は警察に密着取材するＴＢＳテレビの番組の撮影中に起きていた。事件の一部始終は制作スタッフが撮影。この映像を県警が押収していた。ＴＢＳは映像を放送し
