衆院議院運営委員会は６日の理事会で、政府が求めた安倍晋三首相の欧州などへの出張を了承しなかった。主要野党が、首相が出席する予算委員会集中審議を開催すべきだなどとして反対した。国会開会中の首相や閣僚の海外出張は議運委の許可を得るのが慣例だが、拘束力はない。首相の出張が了承されなかったのは５年ぶり。
