こんにちは、ハヤカワ五味です。 アパレルの会社を4年もやっていると「高すぎて買えません、安くしてください」と言われることが度々あります(最近は減ったけども)。 では、そのお客様の要望に応えて値段を下げるべきなのだろうか、高くない妥当な金額とはいくらなんだろうか。こうして小売業の経営をやっている以上、何度も頭を悩ませる永遠の問いかもしれないけど、最近なんとなく自分の中で結論が出た気がし
