毎年、企業の新人が集まる研修の講師をさせてもらっている。積極的な参加を促すため、グループ討議の時間を設けることも多いが、驚くのは最近の新人はグループ討議が上手なことである。しかし残念ながら、これは好ましい状況ではない。
