任天堂およびニンテンドー・オブ・アメリカが7月19日、Jacob Mathias氏とMathias Designs社を相手にとり、アメリカ・アリゾナの合衆国地方裁判所にて訴訟を起こしていたことが明らかになった。任天堂のゲームのROMを配布する違法サイトを運営していたとして訴えられている。
