日本で記録的な猛暑が続く今夏、世界各地も異常な高温に見舞われている。世界気象機関（ＷＭＯ）によると、米カリフォルニア州や北アフリカで５０度以上を観測した。北欧の北極圏では３０度超えを記録し、森林火災も発生した。
