猛暑が続く中、賃貸物件「レオパレス２１」に設置されたエアコンについて、３時間の利用を超えると自動で切れるようにタイマーが設定されていた。レオパレスでは問い合わせがあった入居者約６万４０００件についてタイマーの設定を解除するなどの対応をした。
