北海道警は３１日、札幌市西区で２９日に６０代の女性が熱中症による脱水症状で死亡していたと発表した。道警によると、女性は１人で共同住宅に暮らす生活保護受給者で、部屋にはクーラーと扇風機があったが、電気を止められていた。
