歩行者用の信号が全方向同時に青になる交差点がありますが、「斜め横断」が認められている箇所はごく一部です。有名な渋谷駅前交差点のようなスクランブル方式ではこれが可能ですが、ほかの方式とどう違うのでしょうか。
