全く浸透しなかったプレミアムフライデーに懲りず、今度はシャイニングマンデーが打ち出され、ネットでは早くも異論反論が噴出している。プレミアムフライデーだろうが、シャイニングマンデーだろうが、一律キャンペーンは効き目がないどころか、逆効果だ。
