個人的には嫌だけど、民主主義と自由権はそろそろ終わるかもな、と最近思っている。三つくらい理由がある。 1. 自由権や民主主義を重視しない中国型支援の拡大 これは先週のEconomistのBriefingにも書かれていたのだけど、世界中の財政が苦しい国がものすごい勢いで中国の半属国になっている。基本ツールは投融資（主に融資）。人権や民主主義を尊重しないとさっと資金を引き上げる欧米諸国ドナーと違い、中国は自国に
