数式丸暗記の数学では大学入試で戦えない――。今年創立百周年を迎えた日本数学教育学会が主催する全国算数・数学教育研究大会が8月2～4日、都内で開かれ、教員や数学教育の研究者ら約2600人が参加した。3日にあった高校部会のシンポジウムでは「これからの数学教育、どのように授業実践を進めるか」をテーマに、新学習指導要領や大学入試改革を見据えた高校数学の変革について議論した。
