マラソンや競歩のコースになる皇居外苑の内堀通りで ２０２０年の東京五輪・パラリンピックの暑さ対策に向け、東京都は１３日、マラソンや競歩のコースになる皇居外苑の内堀通り（千代田区）で、歩道に散水して路面の温度変化を調べる実験をした。今夏の猛暑を受けて観客向けの対策のために都が初めて実施した。
