auの個人向けFTTHサービスとして提供されている「auひかり ホーム」に、10Gbpsのメニューが追加されたのが2018年3月。当初、筆者宅はエリア外だったが、いつの間にかエリアに含まれていたため、今回、10Gbpsに変更してみた。その実力はどれほどのものなのだろうか？
