中国Tencentが展開するPCゲーム配信プラットフォームWeGameは8月13日、PC版「怪物猟人（邦題『モンスターハンター：ワールド』）」の販売を中止すると告知した。販売は8月13日8時をもって終了し、購入者に対しては全額返金および、30元（約480円）以上のバウチャーを提供する。販売再開時期は未定。
