金融庁は銀行法の規制を緩和し、16日から平日でも窓口を休みにできるようになります。 これまで銀行の営業日は、明治23年につくられた銀行法によって月曜から金曜までの平日は窓口を開くことが義務付けられていました。しかし、人口の減少やネットバンキングの普及で来店客が減り、地方銀行では支店を維持することが難しくなっています。このため、金融庁は顧客の利便性を著しく損なわないことを条件に平日でも窓口を休みにすることを認めます。これにより、
