複数の関係筋によると、日中両政府は有事に中央銀行同士で通貨を融通し合う通貨交換（スワップ）協定を再開する方向で検討に入った。規模は３兆円規模になる見通し。８月末に北京で予定されている日中財務対話などで大枠合意を目指す。融通し合う規模は従来３０億ドル相当（約３３００億円）の約９倍に拡大する。
