第１００回全国高校野球選手権大会で準優勝した金足農は２３日、秋田市内の同校で報告会を行った。全校生徒や職員に加え、保護者、地域住民も詰めかけて総勢約１０００人が出席。今秋ドラフト１位候補の吉田輝星（こうせい）投手（３年）らナインは感謝の意を表した。渡辺勉校長（５５）は１億９０００万円の寄付金が集まったことを報告し、記念碑を建てる案があることを明かした。
