群馬県の国道18号「碓氷バイパス」で、一部区間の路面に水玉模様のような丸いドットが連続的にペイントされました。峠道での速度抑制を期待するものだといいますが、施工されたのは下り側ではなく、上り側のみです。どのような視覚効果があるのでしょうか。
