「革命的な蕎麦」があらわれた こんにちは！ 東京ソバット団のソバット本橋です。 今回は今までにない、ある意味で革命的な蕎麦を食べてきました！ その蕎麦が食べられるのは、JR駒込駅近くにある「蕎麦いなり」。 表に置いてある看板をよく見てください。 右端にあるのが「しょうゆ蕎麦」。 ん？ 蕎麦のツユにしょうゆを使うのは当たり前だし、なぜにわざわざメニュー名に明記して
