北海道胆振東部地震による停電の影響で、JR北海道は全線全区間で運休しました。しかし、同社が運営する路線の約8割は、ディーゼルエンジンの列車しか走らない「非電化路線」。電気を使わないはずの非電化路線も含めて全て運休したのはなぜなのでしょうか？
