今回の北海道で起きた地震では、安倍晋三首相や菅義偉官房長官が犠牲者数をいち早く発表している。国の発表内容は警察や自治体より遅れることが多く、政府の先行発表は異例だ。政府関係者は「官邸主導をアピールする狙いがある」と話すが、首相が発言した情報が不正確で官房長官が謝罪する事態も招いている。
