秋葉原の「MOOGA」（東京都千代田区外神田3-7-8 インタスビル1階）を紹介します。中国・西安で親しまれている「ロージャーモー（肉挟馍）」というハンバーガーや、「リャンピー（涼皮）」というつるつるした麺料理をいただけるお店です。ロージャーモーの具材は基本的に肉のみ。30時間煮込んだ豚肉をほぐしたものがたっぷりとサンドされています
