米Twitterはスパム行為や望ましくない自動化を防止するため、10月22日（現地時間）よりPOSTエンドポイントのレート制限を強化する。アプリケーションを介したツイートやリツイート、“いいね”、フォロー、ダイレクトメッセージ（DM）といった投稿系の行動に厳しい制約が課せられることになる。
