【台北・福岡静哉】台湾外交部（外務省）は１４日、台北駐大阪経済文化弁事処（領事館に相当）の蘇啓誠（そけいせい）代表（６１）が同日早朝、大阪市内の官舎で自殺したと明らかにした。動機は明らかにされていない。同弁事処などに対しては、今月４日の台風２１号の影響で関西国際空港に多数の旅行客が取り残された問題
