北海道・札幌市出身のライター、梅津有希子さんは、9月6日の震災後1週間して、一人暮らしをする母のために帰省をした。その一番の理由は、1年のうち半分必要だというストーブの確保のためだったという。現状から、いま冬に入る前に北海道でできる防災対策を考えた。
