安倍晋三首相は10月初旬の内閣改造で、自民党総裁選を戦った石破茂元幹事長が率いる石破派からの閣僚起用を見送る意向を固めた。斎藤健農相を交代させる方針だ。政権幹部が21日、明らかにした。
