東京都小金井市議会（五十嵐京子議長）は２５日、９月定例会の本会議で、米軍普天間飛行場（沖縄県宜野湾市）の代替施設が必要かどうかを広く国民的に議論し、必要となれば本土で民主的に建設地を決めるよう求める陳情を賛成多数で採択した。辺野古新基地建設は中止を求める。
