熊本市議会は２８日、本会議の質疑中にあめをなめていた緒方夕佳市議（４３）に対する出席停止１日の懲罰を可決した。緒方市議は同日夜の本会議に出席できず、取材に「風邪をひいていたので、せき込んで質疑を中断させないよう口に喉あめを入れていた。懲罰の対象には当たらず遺憾だ」と話した。
