JR東日本は3日、社員が過去の事故を忘れることなく、より深く過去の事故の教訓を学ぶことをめざし、「事故の歴史展示館」を拡充すると発表した。2014年2月に京浜東北線川崎駅構内で脱線した車両と衝撃した工事用車両の実物も展示した。
