交通系ICサービス「Mizuho Suica」でチャージが利用できず、改札から出られない事態に陥った。原因は、みずほ銀行のオンライサービスが休止していたため。知らなかった筆者も悪かったが、告知の方法にも問題があったと感じている。 (1/2)
