大阪府の松井一郎知事が議会開会中の休憩時間に、公用車に乗って府庁舎周辺を巡回し、車内で喫煙していたことが分かった。１１日の府議会総務委員会で取り上げられ、府秘書課は「コーヒーブレークとして段取りした。不適切ではない」と釈明したが、質問した府議は「あまりにもお粗末な使い方だ」と引き続き追及する方針だ
