米Twitterは10月23日（現地時間）、POSTエンドポイントに対する新しいレート制限を導入した。スパム行為や望ましくない自動化を防止するため、一定期間内にアプリから“Twitter API”へアクセスできる頻度（レート）に制限が加えられる。
