辺野古新基地建設を巡り、名古屋大学の紙野健二名誉教授らは２６日、沖縄県の埋め立て承認撤回に対し、沖縄防衛局が行政不服審査法に基づき、国交相に審査請求と撤回の執行停止の申し立てたことを「国民の権利救済制度である行政不服審査法を乱用するもの」と批判し、却下を求める声明を発表した。
