大相撲の元横綱日馬富士から暴行被害を受けた幕内貴ノ岩（２８）＝千賀ノ浦＝が慰謝料など約２４００万円の損害賠償を求めた民事訴訟で、貴ノ岩側は３０日、提訴を取り下げた。代理人を通じ、母国モンゴルで家族らが猛バッシングを受けたことを理由とし、治療費など一切は自己負担すると説明した。昨年１０月末に事件が起きて１年、師匠だった元貴乃花親方も協会を退職しており、角界を揺るがした
