千葉県市原市が生活保護受給者や身元が分からない人の遺骨５７体を庁舎内のロッカーに保管していたことが同市への取材で判明した。保管が３年以上に及んだ遺骨もあり、同市は厚生労働省に「不適切だった」と報告。識者は「死者を冒とくする行為だ」と指摘している。【加藤昌平】
