海部観光（徳島県美波町）の阿南発大阪行き高速バスで６月１２日、５０代の男性運転手が同乗する指導員の指示に逆上して運転を途中でやめ、淡路島南パーキングエリア（ＰＡ）に停車したまま乗客１７人が約１時間待たされていたことが分かった。四国運輸局は５日、同社と、運行を担っていた関連会社に１０月２４日付で文書警告の行政処分を行ったと発表した。 同社や運輸局によると、運転手は入社したばか
