４日放送のＮＨＫ大河ドラマ「西郷どん」の第４１回「新しき国へ」で、俳優・青木崇高演じる薩摩の国父こと島津久光が、明治新政府での無力を口にした西郷吉之助（鈴木亮平）を叱った「こん、やっせんぼがっ！」の名セリフについて、青木がドラマの公式ＨＰで本番で飛び出したアドリブだったことを明かしている。
