一般的に「チェーン規制」といえば、冬タイヤなどのすべり止め策を講じていればOKでしたが、今後は「タイヤチェーンが必須な規制」に定義が大きく変わりそうです。車両立ち往生が多数起きている状況を受け、国が方針を打ち出しました。
