衆院議員の下村博文・元文部科学相が代表を務める自民党東京都第１１選挙区支部が「霊感商法」を巡る民事訴訟で賠償命令を受けた自称・霊能力者の女性から１０万円の献金を受けていたことが明らかになった。政治資金規正法には抵触しないが、専門家は「道義的に問題だ」と指摘する。
