プログラミングスクール「WEBCAMP」を運営するインフラトップは11月22日、発行済株式の60%をDMM.comへ譲渡し、11月21日付けで同社へグループインしたことを発表した。DMM.comが株式取得に対してかかった金額は非公開で、インフラトップの外部投資家および取締役の保有している株式をDMM.comが買い取った形だ。
