48連勤の塾講師「適応障害」で労災認定 「生徒のため」有給休暇もとれず｜神奈川県内で展開する学習塾に勤務していた男性講師（40代）が、多いときは連続48日間勤務するなどの過重労働により、適応障害を発症したとして、小田原労働基準監督署は11月13日付けで労災認定した。男性と代理人が11月27日、東京・霞が関の厚労省記者クラブで記者会見し、明らかにした。
