　樹脂や化成品、合成繊維、食品、電子部材などを多角展開する化学メーカー、カネカは６月１８日、自社で保有する「Ｒ０３７株」と呼ぶ種類の乳酸菌に、血中中性脂肪の低減効果があることを発見したと発表した。　カネカはＲ０３７株の乳酸菌が、血中の中性脂肪を低減することを動物、ヒトへの試験を通じて確認。この研究成果を、６月１４〜１５日に神戸市内で開催された「第１６回日本腸内細菌学会」で発表した。　高い中性脂肪値...
