　与野党の国会議員有志１７人は１０月２４日、東日本大震災の復興予算を洗い直すプロジェクトを開始する方針を発表した。５年間で約１９兆円にのぼる震災復興予算の中には被災地以外での事業に使われるものが数兆円規模に上ると見られている。　予算「流用」を問題視する与野党議員らは「２０１３年度予算編成で真に被災者に役立つ予算を盛り込む」ことを目的に、「復興予算奪還プロジェクト」と称した徹底的な検証作業を行う。　...
