または
http://news.google.com/news?hl=ja&ned=us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&output=atom&

の後ろに、アドレスを追加します。
例えば、google ニュースの「テクノロジー」の記事のRSSを取得したいとしたら、記事一覧のアドレスを確認して、、、

googleニューステクノロジー記事一覧
http://news.google.co.jp/news/section?pz=1&cf=all&ned=jp&topic=t&ict=ln

の部分をはじめに記載したアドレスに追加すると、RSSフィードのアドレスとなります。
http://news.google.com/news?hl=ja&ned=us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&output=rss&pz=1&cf=all&ned=jp&topic=t&ict=ln
